Christian Lueders, Founder and Lead Attorney

Guardian Law Group is an Arizona criminal defense law firm led by Christian Lueders, a former Maricopa County felony prosecutor and award-winning criminal defense attorney. Christian brings extensive courtroom and trial experience to the defense of clients facing serious criminal charges throughout Arizona.

Before founding Guardian Law Group, Christian served as a Deputy County Attorney for Maricopa County, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases ranging from DUI and traffic offenses to serious and violent felonies. His experience as a prosecutor gave him firsthand insight into how criminal cases are investigated, charged, negotiated, and presented in court.

During his time as a prosecutor, Christian worked closely with law enforcement and prosecutors at the city, county, and state levels and appeared before judges in jurisdictions throughout Arizona. That experience now informs how he evaluates the prosecution’s case, identifies weaknesses, and develops a defense strategy for his clients.

As a criminal defense attorney, Christian handles complex cases involving serious felony allegations and works with experts when a case requires specialized analysis, including medical examiners, forensic toxicologists, accident reconstruction experts, forensic accountants, and computer and cell phone forensic specialists.

Christian approaches every case with the understanding that the outcome can affect far more than a court record—it can affect a client’s freedom, career, family, and future.

A Sun Devil for life, Christian is a proud two-time ASU alumni. For his undergraduate studies he attended Arizona State University and graduated cum laude with honors from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

After his undergraduate work, he spent 8 years as a very successful sales and marketing professional – among his numerous awards, he earned Sales Representative of the Year honors for a Fortune 500 company. Looking back, he believes this was perfect preparation for his career as an attorney. His business career honed a natural ability to connect, build rapport, and influence people – skills he utilizes in every interaction with judges, juries, and opposing attorneys.

With the goal of someday opening a law practice of his own, Christian returned to Arizona State University and attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he received the coveted Truman Young Fellowship.

He completed clerkships at numerous influential law enforcement agencies, including the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office. He graduated cum laude with high pro bono distinction donating hundreds of hours of legal assistance.

Ashlee Lueders, Operations Manager

For over 20 years, Ashlee has been serving the Arizona community as a Registered Nurse.

Ashlee brings this same client-first determination to her role as Operations Manager at Guardian Law Group.

Her job is to make sure our clients receive the personal attention each case deserves – this includes making sure our clients always have someone to reach when times are at their worst.

Ashlee is an ASU Sun Devil through and through. She received her B.S. in Nursing from Arizona State University and continues to live in the greater-Phoenix area.

For over 15 years, Ashlee has been serving the Arizona community as a Registered Nurse. She spent 9 of those years working as an ER Nurse in one of the largest and busiest emergency rooms in the state, where she excelled at carrying Arizonans through the worst moments of their lives.Since 2014, Ashlee has focused on at-risk populations across the U.S. as a Case Management Nurse.She is often working hand-in-hand with other nurses and physicians across the country on the most complex cases with the highest stakes.Ashlee has been thrust into these situations because she excels at cutting to the core of even the most complex medical issues; getting her patients the help they need, when they need it.Ashlee brings this same client-first determination to her role as Director of Client Relations at Guardian Law Group.
